BALANCE YOUR ATTITUDE

I guess “balance” is the key in just about everything you do in life.

Be it food,friends,time, emotions…
If we let loose without balance, we could be in trouble soon.

This I feel is one quality among many others that has to be taught in schools.
Especially to today’s generation of kids,who are born into “too much” of everything and don’t have value for anything.
Well! they are not to be blamed;its us,the parents who are to be blamed.
We need to glance back into our childhood and realize that we never had half of what our children have today ; yet we were good and moreover happy .

We never held it against our parents for depriving us.

We need to learn to say “no” to our kids.
“No” is not a bad word. It’s just as good as a “yes” and very powerful too.
Sometimes a “No” today can manifest into great values for our children tomorrow.
It can help them to balance their emotions for being stronger and resilient beings of tomorrow.
